About trainee supply
Acceptance of technical intern trainees
1. Supplying trainees at all times
- Able to recruit trainees according to the employer’s needs.
- Contracts to recruit trainees can be renewed every year for a maximum of 3 years and you will be able to build a continuous working system over the long term.

It is a socially important business and Japan’s international support cooperation. It also plays an important role in providing technical support to the trainee’s home country.
About the trainee
- Age: Men and women over 18 years old (Age group: 18-37 years old). There are many people with work experience.
- Educational Background: At least graduated from junior high school or have received higher education.
- Health: Passed medical examination at hospital certify by Ministry of Labour.
- Birthplace: Mainly in northeastern and northern Thailand. Udon Thani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Khon Kaen, Chiang Rai, Nong Khai, etc.
- Recruit: The company can gather a wide range of talents by cooperate and signed MOUs with technical junior colleges, vocational schools, and agricultural technical junior colleges. Therefore, the company can get reference from current students and alumni. The company also have intermediary systems for each specialty (for example, agriculture, welding, construction, etc.)
Japanese language education
Trainee will study at a dedicated Japanese language educational institution specializing in teaching technical intern trainees. Institution is committed to a thorough study focusing on curriculum to acquire Japanese communication proficiency skills and Japanese etiquette within a limited period.
- Intensive instruction curriculum of up to 480 hours (about 3 months). Institution specializes in practical Japanese instruction for trainees who have to learn in a limited period of time.
- Specific knowledge education is required for each trainee. practical skill guidance life manners and moral education for each trainee. In order to avoid conflict due to cultural differences, institution provide detailed and careful education on morals and manners. Institution also focus on training-style guidance so that trainees do not cause unintended troubles in the workplace or in their lives after entering Japan.
- Institution also provides pre-training on factory and company terminology.
